Real Estate Social Media Marketing Services for Sales and Property Management Teams

Real estate social media marketing services can keep your agency visible without adding more work to your sales or property management team. A listing goes live, a sale settles or a review comes in, and your social feed still needs attention. A dedicated PMVA virtual assistant takes care of that work. They plan your content with you each month, prepare posts in your templates and schedule them to your pages. Your team approves every post before it goes live.

Real Estate Social Media Marketing Services Your Assistant Can Manage

Listing and Results Posts Ready for Your Approval

Your listings and results get a post without your team stopping to make one. Your assistant prepares each post in your templates, using the images you supply. Sales posts cover coming soon, new listing, open home, price change and sold. Property management posts cover for lease and leased listings. Your licensed team sets the price wording. Your team signs off each post before it goes out.

A Content Calendar Planned With You Each Month

Your posts are planned for the month, not left to a spare hour. Your assistant plans the content with you and schedules it across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. In our experience, a mix of content holds attention better than listings alone. The calendar can add tips for owners and tenants and market updates your team supplies. It can also add posts that show your team at work. What goes in depends on the scope you delegate.

Routine Comments Answered and Reviews Turned Into Posts

Replying to comments is a daily job on our social media task list. Your assistant answers routine questions under your direction. Open home times are one example. Questions about price, an appraisal or a tenancy go to your team. So does any comment or message from an owner, landlord or vendor. Your assistant turns reviews and testimonials into posts for you to sign off. That includes your Google and RateMyAgent reviews.

A Monthly Report That Shows What Worked

You see the numbers, and you decide what to change. Our advice is to set the goal first. That may be more followers, more leads or more traffic to your listings. Our guide to real estate marketing strategies covers what to track. Each month, your assistant sends you a report on what went out. It shows reach and engagement on each platform. Results depend on your market and your content, so we do not promise lead numbers.

Social Media Marketing for Real Estate Agencies

What Do Real Estate Social Media Marketing Services Include?
Most of the doing, under your direction. Our social media task list sorts each post type by team and by how often it comes up. Listing, sold and leased posts sit in the daily group, with replies to posts. For sales teams, so do happy vendor and happy purchaser posts. Open home posts, testimonials and reviews sit in the weekly group. For property management, that group also holds happy owner and happy tenant posts. How often each one runs for you depends on your listings and the scope you delegate. You also get a report each month. Strategy and ad spend decisions stay with you. The same assistant can also prepare your listings and newsletters through our real estate marketing support.
Is PMVA a Social Media Agency?
No. We supply an assistant, not an agency. Your strategy and your ad approvals stay with you, and nothing goes out under our name. Your assistant is not a licensed agent. Price guides, market opinions and anything else that needs a licence or an agent’s judgement stay with your licensed team. The ACCC says statements on social media must be true, accurate and able to be proven. Each post goes to your named approver first.
Who Approves the Price Wording in a Listing Post?
Your licensed team does, and the rules differ by state. As at October 2026, three examples follow. For residential sales in New South Wales, the underquoting guidance bars wording such as “offers above” or “offers over”. For residential sales in Victoria, the price advertising rules bar qualifiers such as “offers above”, “from” and “+”. In Queensland, it is illegal for a seller or their agent to give a price guide for an auction property. Rules change, so check with the regulator where you trade. The price wording stays with your licensed team.
Do You Need Consent to Post Photos of a Tenanted Property?
It depends on the state. As at October 2026, three states show how. In Queensland, you must get written permission from the tenant to use photos of their possessions in advertising. In New South Wales, you need the tenant’s written consent to publish advertising photos or videos of their belongings. That includes their dependent child’s belongings. In Victoria, a renter may object in writing if advertising photos or video would show certain belongings. Victoria also has a rule for photos or video first made for another purpose. You need the renter’s written agreement to use them in advertising. Confirm the rules where you trade with your tenancy authority. Your team handles consent.
Who Owns Our Social Media Accounts and Logins?
You do. Your assistant works inside your own pages and tools, on the access you grant. You control the passwords and the email account of your assistant. Access is yours to give and to withdraw. Each assistant works from our office in the Philippines. Each has one dedicated PC with its own IP address. The office runs CCTV, download restrictions and two-factor authentication. Your agency remains responsible for the personal information it holds. The OAIC’s guide to securing personal information sets out what that involves. Our real estate outsourcing page sets out the questions to ask any provider, including us.
What Happens to Our Posts When Our Assistant Is Away?
Your calendar does not depend on one person. In our experience, posting tends to stop when the one person who knows the calendar is away. Your calendar and templates sit in your blueprint. If your assistant is away, one of our subject matter experts steps in and works from it. That is our Zero Downtime Commitment. The type and timing of cover depend on the work involved. Sarah heads property management at a Canberra agency. Her case study covers tenancy administration rather than social media. Her backup assistants “have been needed a few times, and it’s amazing how seamlessly they step in.”
How Is the Service Priced?
We do not publish a price. What you pay depends on the scope you delegate. Our model differs from that of a social media management agency. We only offer dedicated assistants on a full-time, 40-hour-per-week basis. Your assistant works only for your agency. Social media can be one part of their week. Listings, newsletters or other tasks can fill the rest. In our records, each assistant completes more than 200 hours of property management training before starting with a client. PMVA employs your assistant, which avoids many of the overheads of a local hire.
How Do We Get Started?
It starts with a strategy session. From there, our Australian consultants map your social media tasks with you. They mark which ones you delegate and which stay with your licensed team. The delegated ones go into your blueprint with your templates, brand rules and approval points. For the first six weeks, the consultants meet with you twice a week. You do not need to write a training manual first. It is faster if your brand files, page access and a named approver are ready.
